What you'll do
- Run user research and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Work with engineers through implementation
- Design for web and mobile
- Present and defend design decisions
What you bring
- 3+ years of UI and UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma or similar
- A strong portfolio that shows your thinking
- Experience designing B2B products
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Basic HTML and CSS
Nice to have
- Travel industry experience
- Motion design
- Design tokens
- User research certification
